In der Region Offenburg sind über 12.600 Mitglieder in über 100 Betrieben in der IG Metall organisiert. Unsere 12 hauptamtlich Beschäftigten setzen sich gemeinsam mit über 1.000 aktiven Metaller*innen für die Interessen unserer Mitglieder in der Metall- und Elektroindustrie, Eisen- und Stahlindustrie, im Handwerk, in der Holz und Kunststoffindustrie , genauso wie Textile Branchen, im KFZ Handwerk ein.
Wir kümmern uns um die Verhandlung und Ausgestaltung von Tarifverträgen, die Gestaltung der Arbeitszeit, den Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz, die berufliche Aus- und Weiterbildung. Wir bieten Seminare zu aktuellen tarif- und sozialpolitischen Fragestellungen an. Wir beraten in Sachen Arbeits-, Sozial- und Tarifrecht. Wir unterstützen dabei, Recht durchzusetzen.
Die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit zwischen hauptamtlichen und ehrenamtlichen Kolleginnen und Kollegen macht die IG Metall Offenburg zu dem, was sie ist: einem verlässlichen Partner rund um den Job.
